Do I need any experience to join?
My retreats and workshops are for all levels of experience. Whether you are just starting out or looking to deepen your connection, these experiences will benefit everybody. Come with an open mind, believe in yourself and enjoy the experience.
How do I get there?
Retreats: My driver will meet you at the San Jose (SJO) airport. We ask everyone to meet at Deli Malinche by 1pm local time. To find Deli Malinche exit the airport (only one exit), turn right and stay on the sidewalk on the airport side. You don't need to cross the street. Continue walking on the sidewalk until you arrive at 'Deli Malinche’ which is a sidewalk café. My driver will pick you up here.
You will be transported to the lodge in a shuttle bus with your other retreat goers. The drive is approximately 4.5-5 hours long. One stop will be made along the way.
If you prefer to shorten your trip, you can purchase a flight to Limon and we will have someone pick you up there. From LIO it's a 40 minute drive to the lodge. If you choose this option, reach out to me to make arrangements for pick up.

Workshops: The venue and address will be included in the booking details. Other pertinent information with regards to the venue will be made available. If you need support, don't hesitate to reach out.
Can I come alone?
The retreats and workshops are made for everyone. You can come as you are, bring a friend or a spouse.
What if I have allergies and/or dietary restrictions?
When booking your retreat or workshop you will have the opportunity to provide any allergies or dietary restrictions. I will do my best to accommodate these at all retreats/workshops as someone who has many sensitivities of my own, I know how important this is.
What should I bring with me?
Retreats: Costa Rica is hot so you'll need a few outfits. I always recommend some loose tanks, shorts, quick dry clothing, dresses and bathing suits. Workout attire is great if you are going to be joining the yoga classes or going for any walks or hikes. For hikes or walks I recommend a belt bag and/or a backpack. Be sure to pack sandals, water shoes and running shoes. Bring a water bottle, beach towel, sunglasses, bug spray and sunscreen. For the retreat itself you'll need an eye mask, journal and pen.
Also, you'll need to bring US Dollars or Colones which is the local currency. Some places accept credit cards, but be prepared to pay with cash at local shops and restaurants.

Workshops: Depending on the workshop I'll include specific details in the booking information. Some items that will be needed at most workshops are: a water bottle, yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, journal and pen.
